Thunderlip will be hitting the road this summer for Props Visual's second annual Rock & Roll BMX Tour! The tour is sponsored by Levis, and it promises to be a killer experience for the band and for anyone who makes it out to these killer shows! They're one of two bands - the other being LUCERO! The tour is making stops in the Midwest and on the East Coast at skateparks for the BMX riders to show off their tricks and styles - all while taking breaks in between to let the fans listen to the music of Thunderlip and Lucero... it's going to be an amazing time! There are only 8 or so dates on the tour - but the band is doing over a month and a half of dates centered around this tour.
There will be a DVD released next year of the tour - which promises to be an amazing thing! Who knows, maybe they'll even turn it into a series of shows on a popular cable network... ???

Word is - The Firebird Band won't be doing any touring until the release of their new album (this fall on Broach's Lucid Records)... Broach himself may be doing a few shows here and there, but won't be hitting the road until the release of his solo album (which has been in the works for quite some time - and we're stoked to hear it!)... It's also being released on Lucid Records in September...
